FY 2023-2024 Gulf Coast MPO UPWP amend June 2023

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) lists the transportation studies and tasks that GRPC’s Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) staff and member agencies will perform to support the transportation planning process for our region. It identifies the funding source for each project, the schedule of activities, and the agency or agencies responsible for each task or study. The MPO staff facilitates the collaboration of governments, interested parties and residents to confirm the region’s vision for transportation and uses data and planning methods described in this document in order to generate and evaluate alternatives, policies and processes and provide direction for the allocation of limited resources.
